Over $800 yearly.   Those are” hard costs” which include paper, toner, acquisition costs, machine repair costs.

Here is how that is figured

Per Page Cost No of pages printed daily Total Daily Cost Total Yearly Cost
Toner/Ink Supplies 0.020 45 0.90 225
Acquisition 0.050 45 2.25 562.5
Service 0.007 45 0.32 78.75
Total 866.25
