DocuSense customers rate our service using Net Promoter Score

Many companies claim they have the “Best service in the business” but few even have a way to measure how happy customers are.  At DocuSense, we use the Net Promoter Scoring system.  We capture feedback from every customer and the results are tabulated by an outside agency.

The Net Promoter Score is based on one very important question: ” How likely are you to recommend to a colleague or friend?”  Some well-loved companies reach scores into the 70′s or 80′s.  Trader Joes scores at 82%.  Apple’s score is 72%.
